Founded in 2017 (2009 EC) in the Bethel area of Addis Ababa, Fluency began with a simple conviction: practical skills, taught well, change lives. For nine years we have trained hundreds of learners — in languages, computing, design and professional skills — bridging the gap between education and real-world success.
Our graduates have secured better employment, continued their education abroad, and grown personally and professionally through the skills they built at Fluency. That record, earned lesson by lesson in a real classroom, is the foundation everything else stands on.
